Significant accomplishments and vital facts:
Ø Familiar with all OSHA regulations including process safety management
Ø Developed and led programs, which have reduced injuries by more than 50% in several multinational organizations.

Jack has recently functioned as the Health and Safety lead for the Nuclear Business for General Electric Corporation. His responsibilities included Industrial Safety and Hygiene at the facilities in the US and Canada. Jack also serves on the board of directors for the local contractor safety council responsible for training contractors. In addition, he served on a board of directors for a national association (VPPPA Region 4) responsible to drive safety excellence.
Before coming to Nuclear, Jack was the Safety and Health Programs Manager for the Aircraft Engines Division of GE. This is a multi billion dollar business with over 50 sites located in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and South America. In this position, jack managed all aspects of the Safety and Health program for the group and developed programs that have reduced injuries in excess of 50% as well as developed the expertise of safety and health professionals.
Prior to joining the Aircraft Engines Group, Jack progressed through a variety of positions in the Plastics Division of GE. As the Safety, Health and Security Manager for a 2500 person chemical operation supervising a staff of 25 professionals including a fully equipped fire department. Jack held a number of positions in Plastics including Safety and Health Manager for the US Resins business and finally was promoted to the Safety And Health Programs Manager for the Americas (North and South).
ICI (Imperial Chemical Industries/
Astra-Zenica) is a multinational chemical and pharmaceutical company with over 60 locations in a number of different countries. Jack began his career at the firm as the assistant safety manager progressing through a variety of positions including EHS Specialist, Industrial Hygiene Manager and Laboratory Director. Jack successfully negotiated product registrations for pesticides as well as led field studies for pesticides. Jack supervised a number of professional including toxicologists He led the EHS aspects of due diligence exercises leading to the successful purchases of several chemical businesses. He developed programs that successfully reduced injuries to OSHA recordable levels of less than one.
Jack was the Regional Safety and Health manager for the Northeast territory of ST Regis Paper Company covering 10,000 employees in over 55 locations. I was responsible for all aspects of safety and health in this area
